Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Rio Glow Aesthetics and Wellness membership community. By enrolling in our membership program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully as they outline your rights, financial commitments, and our service policies.

1. Enrollment & Financial Commitment

To ensure our members receive the most consistent results, Rio Glow Aesthetics and Wellness requires a baseline commitment to our wellness plans.

• Minimum Term: A mandatory 3-month commitment is required upon enrollment.
• Billing Cycle: Membership fees are processed via automatic monthly billing to the credit card provided on file.
• Cancellation Policy: After the initial 3-month term, you may cancel your membership by providing a 30-day written notice.

2. Banking Credits & Usage

Your membership fee is an investment in your ongoing aesthetic and wellness journey.

• Credit Issuance: Monthly payments are converted into service credits and deposited into your account.
• Eligibility: Credits may be applied toward eligible Rio Glow Aesthetics and Wellness services only.
• Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your membership remains active.
• Post-Cancellation: Should you choose to cancel, any unused credits must be redeemed within 30 days of the cancellation date. After this period, all remaining credits will be forfeited.

3. Member Exclusive Discounts

Active members enjoy preferred pricing on our most popular treatments.

• The 15% Discount: Members receive a 15% discount on eligible services. This benefit is valid only while the membership is in an active status.
• Exclusions: Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers, seasonal sales, or flash deals unless explicitly stated.
• Termination of Benefits: Access to member-only pricing ends immediately upon the effective date of your cancellation.

4. Monthly Wellness Benefits

As part of our commitment to your energy and vitality, members receive one complimentary B12 injection per month.

Note: B12 benefits do not roll over to the following month, have no cash value, and cannot be traded for other services.

5. Appointment & Late Policy

We value our providers’ time and ensure that every patient receives dedicated care.

• Notice Period: We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
• No-Show Policy: Late cancellations or failure to show up for a scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of that month’s member benefit.

6. Refunds & Non-Transferability

• Membership Fees: All monthly fees are strictly non-refundable.
• Services: Once a service has been rendered, it is non-refundable.
• Cash Value: Membership credits are for service use only and hold no cash value; they cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

7. Medical Safety & Eligibility

Your health is our priority. All treatments and procedures are subject to provider approval.

• Provider Discretion: Rio Glow Aesthetics and Wellness reserves the right to modify or decline a treatment plan if the provider deems it unsafe or medically inappropriate for the client.
• Health Changes: Members are responsible for notifying us of any changes to their medical history or medications.
